RETURN POLICY: 

Any unopened products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 7 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in new re-sealable condition and contain all parts, accessories, warranty information and manuals. All returns must be presented with a receipt for a full refund. 

Refunds of opened items that are not defective will be taken on a case by case basis by the customer service department. Items that are not opened and damaged after 30 days cannot be returned. If the item is a special order item there may be a restocking fee based on the specific product. 

Bath equipment is non-returnable due to infection control issues (this is a government standard we have to follow). 

If purchased by ash or credit, refund will be processed immediately. If payment was check, we allow 5 days for the check to clear before refund can be issued.
